Breakfast Crawfish Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 1 Lb Texas Cajun Crawfish Sausage, diced
  • 1 Small onion, chopped
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 8 oz. Can of Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°. Fry the onion and sausage together until the meat is done.  Drain.  Spread the rolls over bottom of a 9"x13"x2" pan.  Spread the sausage over the rolls.  Beat the eggs and milk together and pour eggs over the sausage.  Spread cheese on top.  Bake for 30 minutes.

Makes about 8 servings.
