Crawfish Sausage Biscuits

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Lb Texas Cajun Crawfish Sausage, diced
  • 1 1/2 Cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbs Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450F.

Mix together Bisquick and cheese, then add sausage.  Mix liquids, then add to solid mixture.  Shape into small balls, flatten slightly.

Bake @ 350 degrees 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.

Makes 8 to 10 biscuits.
