1. Use as an ingredient to top off your favorite pizza.   Just dice and add it before it goes into the oven.

2. Saute' in a skillet, then sprinkle over a salad for a new flavor.

3. Use as a stuffing in your chicken or turkey.

4. Add a layer of sausage to your homemade lasagna.

5. It makes a great addition to any pasta dish.

6. Put full links into your crawfish boil for added flavor to the boil and to the sausage.

7. Broil then slice a link.  Add the slices to a Triscuit cracker and top with your favorite cheese.  Melt the cheese in a broiler and you're ready to go.

8. No Hot Dog?  Try a craw-dog.

9. Add it to any soup or stew alone or with the other meats.

10. A little sausage in your morning eggs will certainly perk up any boring breakfast.
