• 14 1/2 oz. Can Beef broth
• 14 1/2 oz. Can Italian stewed tomatoes
• 1 1/2 Cups Water
• 2 Cups Frozen hash brown potatoes
• 10 oz. Frozen mixed vegetables
• 1 1/2 Links Texas Cajun Crawfish Sausage, sliced
• 1/8 Tsp Pepper
• 2 Tbs Grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Combine beef broth, undrained stewed tomatoes and water in a large saucepan.   Bring to a boil.  Stir in hash brown potatoes, mixed vegetables, sausage and pepper.  Return to boiling, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 - 10 minutes.   Ladle into soup bowls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Makes 4 servings.
